Noise testing
Workplace and tool noise assessed in dBA, either alongside a vibration visit or as a standalone noise audit. Like vibration, noise exposure is a regulated risk with action values employers must evidence — and measuring both in one visit is the most efficient way to stay ahead of it.
Every tool that passes through our repair workshop is also checked for noise levels alongside its post-repair vibration test.
Dust, LEV & extraction
Dust and LEV audits identify where airborne particulate puts operators — and compliance — at risk. We back the audit with practical fixes: portable vacuum systems for vacuum-ready tools, downdraft benches for dry sanding, and centralised extraction systems, including full installations, ductwork and upgrades.
We give free, plain-spoken advice on dust systems, including ATEX considerations for aluminium dust, and on energy-saving options for existing installations.
Tool service & repair
A tool that vibrates badly is usually a tool that needs servicing. Our workshop repairs and services all makes of air tools — and proves the result before anything goes back to work.
Fast, warranted repairs
Three-to-five-day turnaround on most makes of pneumatic tools, a six-month warranty on all repairs, and machines returned carriage paid.
Retested, with readings
Every repaired tool is tested for hand-arm vibration on a calibrated meter before return, with the readings recorded — so your compliance data stays current.

Planned servicing on site or in our workshop, including servicing for all types of extraction systems and on-site PAT testing.
Equipment supply
We supply low-vibration hand tools, extraction equipment and workshop machinery, new and reconditioned — and if we don’t stock what you need, we’ll source it.
