Tell us the site, the approximate tool count and any deadlines. We schedule around your workshop, not the other way round.

We test on site

Each tool is measured in use, identified and recorded. Most sites are completed in a single visit.

You get the evidence

Per-tool readings, flagged items needing action, a site compliance summary and certificates — dealer-group clients also access records through our secure client portal.

Stay compliant

Planned re-test cycles keep records current as tools age, are repaired or are replaced — so the next audit is a formality.

Hand-arm vibration syndrome — including vibration white finger — is an irreversible condition caused by regular use of high-vibration hand tools such as sanders, grinders and disc cutters. The Control of Vibration at Work Regulations 2005 require employers to assess vibration risk, control exposure and keep health surveillance in place.

A documented testing and risk-assessment programme protects your people first — and protects the business when insurers, auditors or a courtroom ask for the evidence. Doing nothing is not an option.
